Collaborative prints are a big part of what we do here at Smokey Road Press. And what is cuter than a collaboration with a gaggle of 3-6 year olds? Each child was asked to draw a picture of an animal that might be described in Maurice Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are. They drew dinosaurs, lions and bears (oh my!), which were then scanned, made into polymer plates and printed on our Vandercook press. A delightful print for any kid of 3 or 63!
The print measures 11 3/4" x 15 3/4" and is printed in green, tangerine and marigold inks on Crane's Lettra paper. There are 40 prints in the edition.
